OverviewKeeper is seeking a motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team.This role will be based in Ireland and will focus on driving affiliate marketing efforts across the UK and EMEA regions.Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland.This is a hybrid position for those living within a commutable distance to our Cork, Ireland office, or fully remote for those living outside a commutable distance.Keeper's cybersecurity software is trusted by millions of people and thousands of organisations, globally.Keeper is published in 21 languages and is sold in over 120 countries.Join one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies and manage communications with our affiliate partners.You'll play a key role in establishing Keeper's brand voice, highlighting product features, and optimising marketing strategies to maximise visibility and impact.About KeeperKeeper Security is transforming cybersecurity for people and organisations globally.Keeper's intuitive solutions are built with end-to-end encryption to protect every user, on every device, in every location.Our zero-trust privileged access management platform deploys in minutes and seamlessly integrates with any tech stack to prevent breaches, reduce help desk costs and ensure compliance.Trusted by millions of individuals and thousands of organisations, Keeper is the leader for password, passkey and secrets management, privileged access, secure remote access and encrypted messaging.Learn how our zero-trust and zero-knowledge solutions defend against cyber threats at KeeperSecurity.com.About the RoleAs an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with affiliate partners across the UK and EMEA regions, with a strong emphasis on German-speaking markets.You'll drive partner acquisition, optimise campaign performance, and ensure brand consistency across all affiliate communications.This role requires strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day needs and growth of the affiliate program, which is inclusive of evaluating, forecasting, and executing current and new revenue driving opportunitiesCollect and distribute assets to publishers, adding screenshots of ongoing placements to the calendar/tracker, and auditing current campaigns to make sure they are live within the network and on publisher sitesManage weekly and monthly calls with vendors to discuss program growth and exposure opportunitiesDevelop and deliver weekly performance reports during internal meetings, highlighting progress against goals, key affiliate placements secured, and upcoming promotional opportunitiesBook upcoming placements in accordance with allocated budgetIdentify new partnership opportunities and proactively reach out to and follow up with potential partners on a daily basisManage operational aspects of the affiliate program, including but not limited to billing, reporting, publisher screening/approvals, offer creation and creative asset managementPreferably leverage German language proficiency to create, localize, and review affiliate marketing content and communications for German-speaking audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracyQualifications2+ years of affiliate marketing experience with a strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance-based marketing strategiesProven ability to build and manage relationships with affiliate partners and publishersProficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau and affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Rakuten, Impact, CJ, Awin)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsExcellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlinesComfortable presenting performance updates and insights to stakeholdersSelf-motivated, detail-oriented and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid environmentFluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages is preferredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)BenefitsOnsite lunchesPrivate healthcare (no wait period)Pension contribution (no wait period)Sick PayBike-to-Work Scheme (if local)Keeper is an equal opportunity employer.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.#J-*****-Ljbffr
