We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Events Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events.This role combines administrative tasks while ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional experiences for our clients and will include weekend work from time to time. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of various events, including corporate conferences, team-building activities, social events, and K Club Live events. Assist in the creation of event proposals, timelines, and budgets. Ensuring all deposits requests are chased in a timely manner. Act as the point of contact for clients, participants, and vendors during planning stage of events. Resolve any on-the-day issues that may arise, ensuring a high-quality experience for attendees. To conduct Resort Site inspections To ensure all the menus and all event information are entered into the system a minimum of 14 days prior to an event To develop and maintain relationships with new & existing clients To ensure weekly banquet event orders & forecasting reports are issued to the resort every Wednesday afternoon To liaise with Executive Chef regarding seasonal menu requirements, formatting and saving.
