The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated
Supply Chain Launch / Lifecycle Lead
to manage and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities for new product launches and market introductions.
In this role, you will ensure products are delivered on time and in full while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, embracing continuous change and driving improvement.
You will be results-oriented with a proven ability to lead projects and deliver key milestones successfully.
Taking strong ownership and accountability, you work independently while maintaining clear, consistent communication with key stakeholders.
As a proactive problem-solver, you will take responsibility for resolving departmental and cross-functional challenges, ensuring alignment and progress across teams.
Main responsibilities
Work closely with Global Supply Chain and markets to ensure on-time and in-full supply to markets.
Manage both internal and external stakeholders and be an important part of the supply chain team.
End-to-End Project Management: oversee the launch process from master data creation to operational readiness and shipping to market.
Meet with external stakeholders as necessary to strengthen business relationships.
Coordinate with Site MSAT and External Customers: During product transfer/product introduction, ensure all requirements are captured in the project plan.
Ensure Compliance: All work must follow the required standards, including GMP, Health and Safety, Environmental, and Regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
3rd Level Qualification and/or relevant professional qualifications in Supply Chain.
Proven track record in a supply chain role.
Supply Chain experience is essential, ideally with launch management experience.
Strong project management experience is preferable.
May be required to deputize for their manager.
Skills and Knowledge
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proven ability to close out issues in a timely and effective manner.
Good understanding of site processes and systems.
Leadership and collaboration skills.
Good knowledge of cGMP and cGDP.
