Supply Chain Launch Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Launch / Lifecycle Lead to manage and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities for new product launches and market introductions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, embracing continuous change and driving improvement. You will be results-oriented with a proven ability to lead projects and deliver key milestones successfully.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Global Supply Chain and markets to ensure on-time and in-full supply to markets.
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders and be an important part of the supply chain team.
  • End-to-End Project Management: oversee the launch process from master data creation to operational readiness and shipping to market.
  • Meet with external stakeholders as necessary to strengthen business relationships.
  • Coordinate with Site MSAT and External Customers: During product transfer/product introduction, ensure all requirements are captured in the project plan.
  • Ensure Compliance: All work must follow the required standards, including GMP, Health and Safety, Environmental, and Regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3rd Level Qualification and/or relevant professional qualifications in Supply Chain.
  • Proven track record in a supply chain role.
  • Supply Chain experience is essential, ideally with launch management experience.
  • Strong project management experience is preferable.
  • May be required to deputize for their manager.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to close out issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Good understanding of site processes and systems.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Good knowledge of cGMP and cGDP.
