Automation Process Engineer - Ireland, Sligo - 12-18 Months Contract
Located on the picturesque west coast of Ireland, our global pharmaceutical client is seeking an
Automation Process Engineer
to join their state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility.
They have invested $55 billion in research to discover and develop new medicines, aiming for scientific breakthroughs that improve lives.
With 50,000 employees worldwide, the company continues to grow.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Manage the execution of projects within the engineering group.
Carry out and implement equipment and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure the performance of day-to-day preventative and demand maintenance activities to maintain manufacturing and utility equipment.
Establish department goals, schedules, and timetables with the engineering manager.
Assist with the management and support of manufacturing equipment development.
Present technical data to stakeholders to facilitate prompt decision-making.
Negotiate cost- and quality-effective external contracts.
Desirable Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
Strong experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
Team leadership skills
Strong knowledge of the business
