About UsWe're a private members Yacht Club with a passion for great service and creating memorable experiences for our members.We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Bar Person to join our team.The RoleAs a Bar Person, you'll be the face of our bar – serving drinks & food with a smile, keeping the atmosphere friendly and upbeat, and ensuring our members have the best possible experience.Key Responsibilities:Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)Taking and servicing food ordersDelivering excellent customer service in a busy environmentMaintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the barHandling cash and card transactions accuratelyRestocking and rotating bar productsWorking as part of a team to keep service smooth and efficientWhat We're Looking For:Previous bar or hospitality experienceGreat communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentA positive attitude and strong team spiritFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be fluent in both verbal and written EnglishMust have a valid work permit and be legally permitted to work in Ireland.If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment, and take pride in offering excellent service, we'd love to hear from youHow to Apply: Send your CV and a short cover note toJob Type: Full-timePay: From €***** per hourExpected hours: No less than 39 per weekAbility to commute/relocate:Dún Laoghaire, CO.Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Bar Service: 2 years (preferred)Language:English (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In personReference ID: Bar Person
