We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic
Caretaker/Maintenance Operative
to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in
Cleaning
.
What you'll do:
Ensure all areas are maintained and serviced in accordance with O & M and other statutory regulations.
Undertake supervisor duties to monitor cleaning activities and report non-conformance to the manager.
Clean all areas efficiently and to the required standards.
Use cleaning chemicals safely following COSHH guidelines.
Keep cleaning stores clean and tidy, and store equipment correctly and safely.
Carry out basic maintenance repairs such as painting and window cleaning.
Perform monthly PPM checks.
Set up for events and meetings.
Move furniture throughout the site.
What you'll bring:
Experience working in a cleaning team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience in a standards/compliance environment.
Knowledge of COSHH.
