We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Caretaker/Maintenance Operative to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Cleaning.
What you'll do:

- Ensure all areas are maintained and serviced in accordance with O & M and other statutory regulations
- Undertake and carry out supervisor duties to monitor cleaning activities and directly report non-conformance to the manager
- Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards
- Use cleaning chemicals safely in accordance to COSHH guidelines
- Ensure the cleaning stores are kept clean and tidy and equipment is stored correctly and safely at all times
- Carry out basic maintenance repairs and tasks such as painting, window cleaning
- Carry out monthly PPM checks
- Set up for events and meetings
- Move furniture throughout site

What you'll bring:

- Experience working in a cleaning team
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
- Experience working in a standards/compliance environment
- Knowledge of COSHH
