Subject Matter Expert (SME)
, helping to design, build, and scale solutions while also supporting adoption through training and change management.

Here is what you can initially expect:
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable solutions using Power Platform
Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., Azure AI, Copilot Studio, OpenAI APIs) into business workflows
Act as a
technical SME
for Power Platform and AI within the team and across the business
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical solutions
Lead and Support
agile ceremonies
(stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, show and shares)
Deliver
training sessions
and create documentation to support adoption
Drive
change management
efforts to ensure successful implementation and user engagement
