* Preparation of pre-investment restriction checklists* Summary of investment proposal documentation* Assisting with regulatory and compliance reporting across the investment products range* Preparation of quarterly fee invoices for investment programs* Assist with preparation of private markets program board reports* Coordination with local corporate finance team in respect of fee inputs for monthly, annual and budgeting processes* Relationship management across a broad range of internal teams and stakeholders* Participation in various projects and implementation initiatives.
**Requirements*** Accounting or finance related degree or similar qualification* Challenging and analytical mindset with a desire to understand the impact of various investment and fee related transactions on private equity programs* 3-5 years' experience in a financial industry type role* Experience in alternative investments or funds industry type role an advantage* Highly organized and ability to meet deadlines whilst working autonomously* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office applications advantageous e.g. Power Bi, Power Pivot, Power Query* Strong attention to detail and communication skills (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills* Keen interest in the broader investment environment.
