Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
Collaborate with the estimating team to analyze project specifications and requirements.
Conduct thorough material and labor cost research.
Utilize estimating software and tools to enhance efficiency and precision.
Support in bid preparation and submission processes.
Liaise with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
Requirements:
A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other estimating software.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the construction industry.
