Due to continued expansion, our Clare based Client has an immediate opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join their team.
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, highly organised, Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team.
Based in Ennis, Co. Clare, this is a permanent, full time, position and comes with a very competitive salary.
Office based; this role offers great potential for career growth, and is ideal for someone who enjoys planning and coordinating.
Responsibilities include: Handle outbound and inbound calls to and from customers with care, and professionalism Support the Service team with general administrative tasks and action tasks Manage and maintain documentation to customers, including reviewing work sheets, invoicing, and providing updates Generate Purchase orders where required Produce weekly reports Respond to customer queries in a timely manner Ensure all calls are monitored, actioned, and scheduled Scheduling day to day works for Service Engineers Other duties as required Candidates will require: Strong administrative skills, with a minimum of 3 years previous experience High level of computer literacy, including MS Word and MS Excel, with the ability to learn new software with ease, is an essential requirement for this role Strong planning and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise workload Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work effectively under pressure Strong attention to detail is essential Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills Good recall and problem-solving ability To apply, please email your CV to or call Jake on to discuss in confidence.
