We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead Nurse to oversee the delivery of complex care packages for older persons across County Cork.This leadership role is ideal for a nurse with community care experience who is committed to driving excellence and supporting regional care teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Individualised Care Plans: Work collaboratively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals to design realistic and patient-centred care plans.Conduct Holistic Assessments: Lead comprehensive nursing assessments and implement strategies to enhance clinical outcomes.Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of field-based nurses and care staff, fostering a high-performing and compliant care environment.Staff Supervision & Development: Conduct regular supervisions, competency assessments, and provide ongoing support to field staff.Quality & Compliance: Ensure documentation meets regulatory and statutory requirements, maintaining robust recording and monitoring systems.Performance Monitoring: Track service delivery against KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to continuous service development.Essential CriteriaNursing Registration: In- date registration with NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland) with no restrictions.Experience: 1–2 years' experience in community nursing or similar settings.IT Skills: Comfortable with technology and clinical systems.Full Driving Licence: RequiredJob Type: Full-timePay: €40,******-€45,****** per yearBenefits:On-site parkingEducation:Bachelor's (preferred)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (preferred)Work authorisation:Ireland (preferred)Location:Blackpool, CO.Cork (preferred)Work Location: In person
