# Risk Insights and Reporting ManagerJob Req ID: *****Posting Date: 6 Oct ****Function: Procurement and Supply ChainUnit: Finance & Business ServicesLocation: Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, IrelandSalary: Competitive with great benefits## **Why this job matters**In an increasingly complex and interconnected world, timely and accurate risk visibility is essential to informed decision-making at the highest levels.The Risk Insights and Reporting Manager ensures that senior leaders and the Board have a clear, data-driven understanding of the risks facing the organization—particularly those emerging from the supply chain.By transforming complex information into strategic insights and high-impact reports, this role enables leadership to act with foresight, agility, and confidence.It strengthens governance, enhances transparency, and supports the organization's ability to navigate uncertainty while protecting its reputation and long-term value.## **What you'll be doing*** **Risk Insights and Management**: Identify and assess risks across procurement and supply chain activities, including geopolitical, financial, operational, and ESG-related exposures, while developing supplier risk profiles by category and region.Monitor global supply chain disruptions—such as natural disasters, trade restrictions, and cyber threats—and work across procurement teams to implement contingency and alternative sourcing strategies.Transform complex risk data into actionable insights, support strategic decision-making and strengthen governance across the global procurement chain.* **Data Analysis**: Analyse procurement and supplier data to identify risks and assess risk exposure across categories, regions, and suppliers.* **Reporting to Executive, Board-Level and key stakeholders**: Develop, write, and deliver high-quality risk reports, dashboards, and briefing materials tailored for the C-suite, Board and key stakeholders ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic relevance.* **Narrative & Paper Writing**: Craft compelling narratives and governance papers that clearly articulate risk exposure, mitigation strategies, and emerging trends.* **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with Risk, Legal, Procurement, Business Continuity and Operational Resilience and other key stakeholders to gather inputs, manage risks, validate data, and ensure alignment in messaging and reporting.* **Governance Support**: Support risk governance forums by preparing materials, coordinating inputs, and ensuring timely delivery of reports and updates.* **Trend Monitoring & Foresight**: Monitor internal and external risk signals, regulatory developments, and supply chain disruptions to inform forward-looking reporting.* **Quality Assurance & Consistency**: Ensure accuracy of data and information, consistency in tone, format, and messaging across all executive-facing documents, maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.* **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, templates, and tools to improve efficiency, clarity, and impact.## **You'll have the following skills and experience*** Experience in risk management, supply chain, governance, or executive reporting roles* Demonstrated expertise in identifying and managing procurement risks, delivering high-quality risk insights, and producing clear, impactful board papers and executive briefings* Strong understanding of supply chain risk, enterprise risk frameworks, and corporate governance* Experience working in complex or regulated environments, ideally within global or matrixed organizations* Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions (Risk, Legal, Procurement, Operational Resilience etc).* Confidence in engaging with senior leaders and subject matter experts to gather insights and validate content.* Proven ability to write clear, concise, and compelling reports, board papers, and executive briefings.* Skilled in tailoring messages for different audiences, especially C-suite and Board members.* Skilled in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with risk management systems and reporting processes## **Benefits*** 10% on target bonus* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays and an opportunity to buy up to five more days every year* Hybrid working, with state-of-the-art offices within Canal Plaza* BT Sourced Pension Scheme - 6% BT contributions* Life Assurance from 1st day of employment - 4x salary* We prodive healthcare cover and permanent health insurance (income continuance)* Access to excellent training tools, programmes and communities to help you connect, learn and grow.* And we like it when our people do good things so there will be the opportunity to take time off for volunteering and we'll help with your fundraising too.#LI-BTSourced #Procureco #LI-TE1 #LI-Hybrid#J-*****-Ljbffr
