We are building a new and exciting financial institution focused on providing innovative and customer-centric banking services across the EU. Responsibilities - Designing and maintaining regular and ad-hoc risk reports for exec and board audiences, ensuring they’re clear, reliable, and delivered on time; - Working hands-on with complex banking risk data to spot risk trends, emerging issues, and share valuable management insights; - Creating clear, engaging dashboards and visuals that bring risk information to life to diverse audiences; - Supporting the rollout of risk appetite monitoring and related reporting tools; - Driving automation and visualisation to make risk reporting more efficient and impactful; - Supporting regulatory and internal audit reviews with accurate data and clear evidence of effective risk management. Qualifications - You have a proven track record of using SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and simple predictive modelling; - You have hands-on experience in risk analytics and reporting, ideally in a regulated financial environment; - You’re comfortable working with large and complex datasets, with strong analytical and data-modelling skills; - You excel at turning complex information into clear, engaging visuals and insights for different audiences; - You bring a good understanding of key risk types from credit, operational to financial crime; - You’re detail-oriented, communicate clearly, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
