Description Overview We are currently transforming our supply chain processes to maximize category potential. We have an opening for an Integrated Supply Manager to join our Central Supply Planning Team at our International Headquarters in Dublin. This role is perfect for a supply chain professional seeking a new challenge and wanting to make a difference. As the Integrated Supply Manager, you'll plan supplies, manage inventory levels, lead a team of planners, and handle relationships and issues for Global markets and stakeholders. This position reports to Associate Director Supply Planning and will collaborate closely with the other Integrated Supply Managers and also cross functionally. Scope of the Role - IBP: Execution of IBP drumbeat across all required markets. - Supply Management: Ensure adequate supply to meet market demand. - Vendor Risk Management: Work with planners and suppliers to minimize supply impacts. - Meeting Leadership: Lead and collaborate & on Sales & Operations Execution (SOE) meetings. - Primary Contact: Manage cluster relationships and handle escalations. - Support and Development: Assist and develop supply planners & implement planning processes. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate planning projects across functions. - Information Sharing: Ensure the planning team shares accurate information. - Inventory Management: Maintain accountability for inventory targets. - Performance Analysis: Understand actual performance and trends. - Forecasting and Planning: Identify potential supply risks and create contingency plans. - Supply Chain Strategies: Recommend strategies for continuous supply development and optimal inventory levels. - Data Accuracy: Ensure accurate reporting through precise data attributes. Experience Required - SAP IBP Proficient and experience in IBP environment. - Category and market understanding - Understanding of manufacturing processes - Demand planning and forecasting - University Degree in Supply chain or Engineering - Typically 6 years work experience in supply chain Benefits We believe our people are our greatest asset.
