As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland’s most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our Centra Sales team as a Territory Manager to support the Midlands Region.
In this role you will focus on Sales, Revamps, loyalty and Retail Excellence standards. This role will be nationwide and you will be required to travel but will prodimnatly support the Midlands Territory.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead a team of 6 Regional Managers in supporting our Retailers to deliver on their Region KPIs on Sales / Revamps / loyalty and Retail Excellence standards.
- Deliver excellence in retailer engagement and relationship through effective Group Retailers meetings and individual meetings.
- Ensure that the correct Retailer assessment and views are presented within internal forum i.e Credit Committee meetings / BRM meetings.
- Unlocking the potential for Retailers – e.g., Succession plan / Revamps / financial planning.
- Target engagement to protect our Business from Competition, through managing Risk Retailers and effective management of Store Churns.
- Supporting Regional Managers on finance meetings with Retailers that need a finance solution to drive their business on.
- Working with Business development Identify New Business Opportunities by focusing on gaps and identifying new business to target.
What we'er looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience at a retail operational management level.
- People management experience within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of delivering operational standards and results in a fast‑moving environment.
- Experience working cross functionally with central functions such as, Finance, Store Development, Marketing and Supply Chain.
- Ability to influence change and deliver results for the Business.
- Systematic problem‑solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
