Territory Manager - Medical Devices & Consumables Location: Nationwide (Ideally Dublin/Leinster but open across ROI) Salary: €60,000 - €65,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission + Company Car + Fuel Card + Healthcare + Pension + Lunch Allowance + Full Benefits THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading medical devices organisation supplying high-quality equipment and consumables to public and private hospitals across Ireland. With a strong brand reputation and a growing product portfolio, they are expanding their Irish commercial team and now seek a Territory Manager to manage key hospital accounts nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected market leader with excellent long-term progression opportunities. THE ROLE: As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling a broad range of medical devices, equipment, and consumables into hospitals across Ireland. This is a purely hospital-focused field sales role, building strong relationships with: Consultants & KOLs Theatre managers & nursing teams Procurement and hospital management Clinical department leads Your role will combine account management and new business development, working closely with clinical stakeholders to support product adoption, education, and long-term partnerships. You'll manage your own diary, visit multiple hospitals each week, and be fully supported by an established internal and clinical team. THE PERSON: We are looking to speak with candidates who have: Medical device or hospital sales experience (essential) A strong track record selling to HCPs, clinicians, KOLs, or procurement in the hospital environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A consultative, credible, and professional approach Strong commercial acumen and desire to grow market share A full clean driving licence Based anywhere in the Republic of Ireland, ideally within easy reach of Dublin/Leinster This role would also suit an ambitious hospital sales professional looking to step up into a broader portfolio and nationwide responsibility.
