Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the implementation of SAP.
This role involves managing the project from the execution stage, ensuring the successful implementation of a recipe manager system (Rockwell Pharmasuite) to retire PRMS AS400.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full project lifecycle from execution to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.
Oversee the implementation of SAP ECC6, ensuring alignment with the High Point instance.
Implement Rockwell Pharmasuite as a prerequisite to retiring PRMS AS400.
Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and address any issues.
Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Ensure change management processes are followed to minimize disruption and ensure smooth transitions.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring project stays on track.
Key Skills:
7+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
Proven experience with SAP migration projects.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Ability to travel periodically to project sites as required.
Excellent stakeholder communication and change management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
Experience with Rockwell Pharmasuite and PRMS AS400 is a plus.
