About the Role We're looking for a Customer Success & Partnership Manager to join our growing team.
In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships post-funding, driving engagement, retention, and growth.
You'll also support our partner network — from onboarding to co-marketing and pipeline generation.
This is a key hire that bridges customer impact and strategic partnerships, working closely with the Head of CSM & Partnerships to scale our success model.
What You'll Do Customer Success Own a portfolio of funded customers, leading onboarding, training, and check-insProactively monitor health scores and usage signals to reduce churn and identify growth opportunitiesSupport customer lifecycle initiatives including webinars, workshops, and community-buildingCollaborate with internal teams (credit, marketing, tech) to resolve issues and enhance experiencePartnership Management Support the onboarding and relationship management of financial services partners (VC, PE, EIIS, Venture Debt, Fractional Advisors)Assist in joint go-to-market efforts, co-marketing campaigns, and referral trackingAct as day-to-day liaison for partner questions, updates, and pipeline feedbackHelp maintain CRM and reporting dashboards for partner performanceOperational Excellence Use HubSpot and AI tools to streamline workflows and automate commsContribute to the development of our customer portal and partner referral platformHelp track and report KPIs across retention, satisfaction, and partner-sourced pipelineWhat You Bring 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Partnerships, or Account ManagementExperience in fintech, financial services, or scaling B2B businesses preferredStrong relationship management skills — you're proactive, consultative, and a clear communicatorComfortable working across functions and managing multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (bonus: automation or AI-driven tooling)A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWhat We Offer Competitive salaryGym or health allowancePerformance-based bonusHybrid working (Dublin HQ)25 days paid annual leaveA front-row seat to the future of growth funding
