Your Role as a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant In this senior-level role, you'll: Strategically source, engage, and place top talent in the temporary job market using advanced tools and platforms, including our internal database, LinkedIn, and job boards. Drive business development and foster new client relationships, ensuring a strong pipeline and sustained growth. Manage and expand key client accounts, providing consultative guidance and cross-selling FRS Recruitment's services. Take ownership of high-profile recruitment projects and lead on complex, high-value assignments. Set the standard for excellence by mentoring junior consultants, sharing expertise, and promoting best practices within the team. Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the national team. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, delivering a superior recruitment experience.
