OverviewCpl Healthcare in partnership with our client, a well known reputable Nursing Home group in Ireland, has an exciting opportunity for EU Passport Holders to take up a full-time position in their nursing home in North Co Dublin.The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met in a safe and supportive environment.QualificationsDiploma / bachelor's degree in nursingMinimum of 6 months post graduate nursing experienceFull NMBI registration or at the end of the registration processGood level of EnglishPrevious experience in elderly care or a nursing home setting is desirableExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and independentlyCommitment to providing high standards of care and professionalismKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver person-centred care to residents in accordance with best practice and regulatory standards.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.Monitor and assess residents' health status and respond to changes promptly.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, therapists, and care assistants.Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing records and care plans.Support residents with daily activities and promote independence where possible.Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and NMBI guidelines.Participate in audits, training, and continuous professional development.Provide leadership and guidance to healthcare assistants and junior staff.BenefitsCompetitive salary and shift allowances.Opportunities for career progression and training.Supportive working environment.For further information please send an updated CV to ****** / **************#J-*****-Ljbffr
