Healthcare Assistants Required

Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client who is a leading nursing home provider with nursing homes across Ireland is currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants who hold an EU passport (50/50 rule) for full-time positions across their nursing homes in South Dublin, Louth and Cork County.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. You’ll work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care and promote independence.

Requirements

- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent) – minimum of 2 modules completed
- Previous experience in a care setting preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- EU Passport in line with 50/50 rule.

Responsibilities

- Assist residents with daily personal care including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with mobility and mealtime assistance
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Promote a safe and clean environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support
