We are seeking a committed Reception Officer to support the daily operations of an IPAS Centre for individuals seeking international protection.This role combines front office management, resident support, and administrative leadership—while also deputising for the Centre Manager when required.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee reception operations (phone, email, in-person queries).Welcome and induct new residents; provide ongoing welfare support.Maintain accurate records and prepare daily operational reports.Ensure compliance with HIQA/IPAS standards and safeguarding policies.Respond to incidents and complaints professionally.Liaise with external services (healthcare, legal aid, social workers).Support community integration and resident wellbeing initiatives.About YouLevel 7 Social Care degree, Social Science Degree or equivalent qualification requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of HIQA standards, IPAS operations, and safeguarding policiesAbility to manage confidential information with professionalismConfident with administrative duties, reporting, and IT systemsExperience working with diverse and vulnerable populationsJob Type: Full-timePay: From €38,****** per yearBenefits:On-site parkingApplication question(s):Do you have a level 7 degree in Social Care or Equivalent?Language:English (required)Work Location: In person
