Our client is a pioneering Foodtech startup at the forefront of nutritional innovation, partnering with leading food, beverage and supplement manufacturers for science-based bioavailable solutions.
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to scale their global operations.
The Role
This is a leadership level position as part of the founding team, to drive operational excellence and growth execution for a purpose-led startup.
Co-lead commercial execution, driving go-to-market and scale-up strategies.
Build and manage core business operations.
Own internal systems, processes, and KPIs for sustainable growth.
Engage in strategic fundraising and investor communications.
Act as a thought partner with the CEO – aligning strategy, execution and culture.
The Requirements
Experience in operational management or leadership roles, ideally within a startup, scale up or high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of business strategy, financial planning, and operational design.
Entrepreneurial and results driven mindset – comfortable building from zero and scaling in an agile environment.
Willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into all areas of the business.
Passion for health and sustainability.
