and ensuring this gets effectively articulated through the tender responseContributing prose to tender submissions and editing technical text to ensure a corporate voice and consistency across the tender document.Management and reporting of the tender and opportunity register through a CRM systemManagement of monthly CRM reportingCalling, managing and reporting bid / no bid meetingsSingle point of contact with client when bid conditions require it.Coordinating presentations and the design of supporting collateral for major bidsA strategic and hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of bid requests to deliver a seamless experience for all of your stakeholders.Management of multiple tenders in an organised and systematic mannerOwnership of tender portal entries; and responsibility for scanning portals to ensure Venterra inclusion in relevant scopesManage the format and layout of the response documents.Ownership of tender template documents and tender library.Assist the improvement of bid processes and associated best practice; and act as the internal champion for the tender process.Implement a process of continual refinement and improvement of tender materials so that each tender learns and improves from the previous ones – including a formulaic approach to win / loss analysisProactively consult technical teams so that case studies and track record can be collected in a format suitable for inclusion in tenders.Close collaboration with teams across the business as neededOther duties as reasonably requiredPrevious experience coordination bids and tenders in a professional services environment (4+ years)Relevant experience within renewable energy / engineering sector (2+ years).Strong organisational skillset to guide and manage technical input to ensure on time quality submissionsStrong technical understanding in order to be able to effectively contribute to tender response developmentGood interpersonal skills and teamworking abilityStrong experience drafting and coordinating complex tender responses.Effective communication style (both written and verbal), with strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills across all levelsProficient written skills with some exposure to proposal writingStrong Microsoft computer skills, Adobe Creative Suite skills are favourableCreative flair with an eye for good designExperience with a CRM system and ability to produce reports, charts and graphs to allow for analysis of dataEducation/Qualifications and Competencies:Ideally hold a relevant technical, business, marketing or language based degree, HND, HNC or similar with relevant experienceWilling and able to travel as requiredExcellent verbal and written EnglishRight to Work:Currently, we are only able to consider applicants who are authorized to work in the UK or Ireland without visa sponsorship.At Venterra:At Venterra, we are committed to inclusion and diversity in everything we do.We take inclusion and diversity seriously.We know that getting this right is critical for us to live our organisation's values.We are always trying to improve our way of working to be more inclusive and equal.We are an equal opportunity employer.Our vision is for Venterra to be a place where people of all ethnicities feel welcomed to work.#J-*****-Ljbffr
