Due to continued expansion we are now hiring a Service Advisor to join our team in GalwayReporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will have a basic understanding of cars and will have a team-oriented attitude with an ability to learn new skills.This is a busy work environment, incorporating an ethos of quality assurance for our customers.Please only apply if interested in the job and able to take a call about the job.Responsibilities and DutiesProcessing of parts, invoices, deliveries, orders and returns.Dealing with customers both on the phone and in person.Dealing with mechanics on the floor and ensuring parts are ready for each job throughout the day.Undertaking any administrative duties as required.Booking in vehicles for repair/maintenanceQualifications and SkillsCan work as part of a team or on their own initiative.Has basic computer skills, training will be provided.Has the ability to learn new skills.Understands the basic workings of cars.Is punctual and presentable at all times.Excellent customer service skillsJob Type: Full-timeLooking for someone can start asapJob Type: Full-timePay: €30,******-€37,****** per yearAbility to commute/relocate:Galway, Galway, CO.Galway: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In person
