At Kroll, we're on the lookout for a collaborative, curious and enthusiastic individual to join our Security Risk Management practice.As an Analyst, you'll help provide expert guidance and advisory services, aligning our comprehensive offerings with your enterprise's risk appetite.We offer personnel, expertise, advisory and bandwidth when our client is challenged in ways that stress their comfort or internal capabilities.Amongst other responsibilities, the successful candidate will monitor real-time data and research and develop detailed assessments on emerging threats.Come aboard and become a key player in our clients offices in DublinNavigating Responsibilities:Monitor and evaluate internal and external risk factors, escalating and informing relevant stakeholders about risk events while resolving issues independently when appropriate.Act as a communications hub for the crisis and incident response team, coordinating with external risk management partners and providing initial emergency response support, including communications centralization and reporting.Provide High-Risk Country Travel Advisories and conduct intelligence assessments for regional special events as necessary.Monitor real-time data and news for actionable intelligence impacting our clients assets, including severe weather, civil unrest, protests, and traffic disruptions, while researching emerging threats in the Europe and MENA region.Oversee traveller accountability and provide credentialing support for EMEA offices, ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel during incidents.Monitor CCTV and access control systems for alerts across nine regional offices.Essential Qualifications:1-3 years of proven experience in security analysis, risk management, crisis response, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with a good investigative mindset and the ability to assess and prioritize risks.Excellent communication and coordination abilities, coupled with a sense of urgency and reactiveness in high-pressure situations.Proficient in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), researching and report writing.Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.Familiarity with travel safety protocols and risk assessment methodologies.Desirable Qualifications:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong skills in document creation, communication, and collaboration.About KrollJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.With a nearly century-long legacy, we blend trusted expertise with cutting-edge technology to navigate and redefine industry complexities.As a part of One Team, One Kroll, you'll contribute to a collaborative and empowering environment, propelling your career to new heights.Ready to build, protect, restore and maximize our clients' value?Your journey begins with Kroll.Kroll is committed to equal opportunity and diversity, and recruits people based on merit.In order to be considered for a position, you must formally apply viacareers.kroll.com#LI-IC1#LI-Hybrid#J-*****-Ljbffr
