Company Intro / SummaryA leading civil engineering contractor in Dublin is seeking a motivatedJunior Quantity Surveyorto join their expanding commercial team.The company has a strong track record delivering infrastructure and civil works projects across Ireland and is offering a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious QS to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment with clear progression opportunities.ResponsibilitiesAssist senior surveyors in managing the commercial aspects of civil engineering projects.Support the preparation of budgets, cost plans, and tender documentation.Help monitor costs, variations, and valuations throughout the project lifecycle.Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather quotations and manage procurement.Carry out site measurements and prepare progress reports.Contribute to accurate cost reporting and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Develop commercial awareness while working alongside experienced senior staff.RequirementsDegree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.1–3 years' experience in a QS role (civils background preferred but not essential).Strong analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QS software.Excellent communication and organisational abilities.Eager to learn and progress within a leading contractor.Package€40,000 - €50,000 DOE.Company pension scheme.Discretionary annual bonus.Company vehicle provided.Full-time, permanent position with career development opportunities.To register your interest, please forward your CV to David Hickey at ProSource Recruitment or just click "Apply now".ProSource Group is a specialist Irish recruitment company whose primary focus is recruiting within the Construction & Civil Engineering industries throughout Ireland and Europe.Skills:Negotiation, Communication, Estimating#J-*****-Ljbffr
