THE ROLE YOU'LL PLAYWe are seeking applications for a new position:Who you report to: Client Director/Account ManagerThe Assistant Account Manager is essentially a key assistant to the Account Managers and provides specialist strategic and implementation knowledge of digital and social media-related fundraising campaigns and projects for charities.S/he must have agency-side experience servicing clients like charities/public bodies/voluntary groups and campaigning organisations.The successful candidate will also support the administrative and day-to-day project management work across various charity fundraising projects.You will be a helpful and available contact for clients and assist in managing the creative, print, data and production of client campaigns.People are encouraged to attend in the office but we operate a blended workplace/WFH system for all staff.3. YOUR KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe key duties involve three broad areas:DAY TO DAY PROJECT MANAGEMENTPRODUCTION, TECHNICAL AND QUALITY CONTROLWORKING ENVIRONMENT, TEAM WORK, LEARNINGSpecifically, your key duties and responsibilities are:Supporting Account Managers on all projects and campaigns.Take a lead role – along with our Client Managers – on devising digital and social media fundraising strategies on Individual Giving campaigns.Assist client managers with multi-channel campaigns, digital/email/social media marketing, content creation, and sales.Provide expert client-facing services during the implementation and data-linked evaluations of digital IG fundraising campaigns.Analysingfundraising trends and applying market research insights to enhance campaign performanceEnsuring familiarity with marketing and CRM tools like Salesforce, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, Google Ads, Meta Ads ManagerWork constructively with the wider campaign team to ensure each project is executed to the highest standards.You will develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and attend client meetings and presentations.Maintain key relationships with external suppliers, help negotiate best deals for the client and agency.Adhere to, and bring value added to Persuasion Republic's core and heart-felt values around diversity, equality, fairness, justice, inclusiveness, and treating people with empathy, dignity and respect.4. IS THIS YOU?The ideal candidate will have:At least 2 years' successful agency-side experience in strategic project development, planning and managementA history of successfully servicing charity client needs in your area of specialty knowledge.A proven track and passion for the work.Excellent strategic, project management and time management skills.Ability to take direction, work on your own initiative, in teams, and work to deadlines.Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.A relevant third level qualification.A willingness to further develop your fundraising knowledge and learning.5. CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONSFull time position with a six-month probationary period.Work location: Dublin, IrelandHours of Work: 35 hours per week with some out-of-work hours required on an occasional basis.6.
