The STEM Passport for Inclusionprogramme is breaking down barriers so that girls and young women from under-represented communities can access, thrive, and lead in STEM careers.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Education and Impact Officerto help us deliver and scale this nationally recognised programme.
This is more than a role, its a chance to inspire the next generation, drive equality, and shape the future of STEM education and policy in Ireland.

From delivering inspiring workshops in schools, to influencing national conversations on gender balance in STEM, to building a cutting-edge research profile your work will directly contribute to Irelands ambition for a fair, inclusive, and future-ready STEM sector.
What youll do: Deliver the STEM Passport for Inclusionprogramme to secondary school students.
Build networks across education, research, and industry to shape national STEM and EDI practices.
Lead research and publish internationally on gender equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Develop and run workshops, training, and knowledge exchange on EDI and gender balance.
Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues on equality initiatives.
About You: Were looking for someone who brings: A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
An honours degree in a relevant discipline.
Strong project management, analytical, and report-writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to thrive in multi-partner, collaborative projects.
A full driving license.
Desirable: Postgraduate qualifications (MSc/PhD).
Knowledge of the Irish education system.
Experience in interdisciplinary work, academic innovation, and teaching.
A clear commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Duration:This is a specific purpose contract covering maternity leave of the current postholder.
Salary: This post is specific purpose (maternity leave cover) full-time with a salary of €46,305 €50,168 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Location:This post is based in Munster Technological University Kerry Campus.
