Job Title: Business Manager- Wound-care & Orthopaedics Location: Leinster, Ireland Contract Details: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: €80,000 - €85,000 (DOE) per annum plus annual bonus potential Must be happy to travel nationwide About Our Client: Join a leading company in the Medical & Health industry that is dedicated to innovation and excellence. Income protection & More Responsibilities: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic decisions. Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high performance and professional development. Prepare and present reports to senior management on business performance and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery. Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Proven experience in a business management & sales role, preferably in the medical or health sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated analytical skills with a strategic mindset. Leadership experience with a track record of managing teams effectively. Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Experience in sales within the medical or health industry. Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance in healthcare. Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
