You will be responsible for shaping strategy, driving commercial success, and leading a high-performing sales team in a company that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute national sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets.Take full ownership of P&L and budget performance, driving profitability and operational efficiency.Forecast and monitor sales performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Product Specialists to deliver consistent results.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).Manage key national accounts, oversee tenders and bids, and explore new market opportunities.Conduct regular field visits to support your team, strengthen relationships, and stay close to market trends.About YouMinimum 5 years’ sales experience within the MedTech or healthcare sector.Proven track record of delivering commercial results and leading successful sales teams.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation ability.Commercially minded, results-driven, and adaptable to change.Full clean driving licence required.What You’ll BringYou are a motivated and hands-on leader with the energy to drive growth and inspire your team.
