You'll oversee daily operations, staff development, and community engagement, running the store with the autonomy of your own business while driving sales, profitability, and an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements
Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality or fast-food industry is essential.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales and operational targets.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant and Trainee Managers to achieve high performance, sales, and profitability.
Recruit, train, and plan HR needs, building a motivated and skilled team.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Engage with the local community to promote the Supermac's brand and build lasting relationships.
Plan, prioritize, and adapt operations to meet business targets and comply with company procedures and legislation.
Conduct regular performance appraisals and create development plans for all staff.
Ensure financial and operational targets are met, including food costs, labor costs, customer counts, audits, and mystery shopper scores.
Represent the restaurant professionally in all public and media interactions (media inquiries referred to Area Manager/Marketing).
Understand customer profiles and actively target the market to increase sales and loyalty.
Maintain flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
Leadership
Lead by example, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to your team.
Promote a culture of quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
Work Environment
Fast-paced, dynamic, and physically engaging.
Requires adaptability during high-volume periods and extended activity.
