You will play a key role in supporting construction activities by sourcing and procuring a wide range of goods and services.
Collaborating closely with multiple project sites across Ireland, this position ensures the timely delivery of materials and equipment in line with project specifications and quality standards.
The role also upholds compliance and contributes to operational efficiency.
Reporting directly to the Purchasing Director.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all phases.
Responsibilities Receive requests from our construction sites and raise accurate purchase orders Coordinate logistics and transport, including the movement of company plant and materials to and from sites.
Compile and produce reports as required Perform other duties as assigned by your manager Oversee and maintain up-to-date certifications for safety equipment across project sites and the head office.
Requirements Strong negotiation skills with a focus on cost efficiency and value Excellent communication and vendor relationship management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or purchasing systems Self-motivated and capable of working independently Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset What to do next If youre interested in this role, click apply now.
