We are currently looking to recruit vibrant, passionate individuals into the role of Sales Assistants.
Our Sales Assistants have excellent product knowledge, provide outstanding customer service, and above all else are passionate about retail.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service with a focus on helping customers and meeting their needs.
Demonstrate and share product knowledge to assist customers in decision making.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety in line with company policies (HACCP where applicable).
Contribute to a positive team environment and promote the Dunnes Stores brand.
Qualifications
Suitable candidates should have some experience of working in a customer facing environment, be motivated, have excellent customer care skills, be confident communicators and have a passion for helping people.
As a Sales Assistant you should be willing to learn and develop yourself, have a desire to succeed and to contribute to our positive team environment as well as promoting our unique brand.
Experience in a customer facing environment (preferred).
Motivated with excellent customer care skills.
Confident communicator with a passion for helping people.
Willingness to learn, develop and contribute to a positive team environment.
Knowledge of our brand and products is a plus.
