Overview

Location: Sligo (SLI), Ireland. Department: Ireland Retail (NI & ROI). Compensation: €13.50 / hour.

As a Sales Assistant - 8 hours, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and delivers an outstanding shopping experience. From maintaining high presentation standards to creating a welcoming atmosphere, you'll represent our brand with pride and enthusiasm while prioritising health, safety, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities
  • Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with colleagues, foster an inclusive and supportive team environment; actively participate in discussions and problem-solving; share knowledge to support and train team members.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist in day-to-day store operations, ensure compliance with company policies; accurately process transactions; keep the sales floor clean, organised, and visually appealing; stay informed about product features, promotions, and pricing; help set up and execute in-store promotions and displays.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong connections with customers; understand needs and provide tailored solutions; address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally; represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm.
  • Sales & Performance: Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets; support management in identifying growth opportunities.
