Asset Finance and Aviation Solicitor ( Associate)Our client is a globally recognised law and professional services firm, providing top-tier legal, corporate and fiduciary services to an impressive roster of international corporations, financial institutions, capital market participants and investment fund managers.
They are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate to join their esteemed Asset and Aviation Finance Group based in Dublin.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of matters for high-profile clients both locally and internationally.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, experienced team of leading lawyers, working on innovative and complex multi-jurisdictional asset and aviation finance transactions.
What you'll do: Advising banks, financial institutions, lessors, aircraft owners, financial arrangers and private equity groups on asset and aviation finance transactions.Working closely with partners and associates on multi-jurisdictional finance and leasing transactions.Managing competing priorities and deadlines effectively.Demonstrating excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills.Maintaining a high level of commercial and business awareness.Working independently as well as part of a team.What you bring: Be a Solicitor - admitted in Ireland, England or Wales.Strong academic credentials.Excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills.High level of commercial and business awareness.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Proven track record in managing competing priorities and deadlines.What sets this company apart: Our client prides itself on its inclusive culture that values diversity as its secret weapon.
