We are seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Solicitor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, complex and cross-border finance transactions for global clients across a broad spectrum of financial sectors.

About the Role:
  • Advise on a wide range of complex banking and capital markets transactions
  • Work on corporate banking, property and development finance, fund financing, and distressed asset transactions
  • Act for banks, non-bank lenders, hedge funds, PE firms and real estate investors
  • Support transactions involving asset finance (aviation and maritime), securitisation, derivatives and structured finance
About You:
  • Qualified solicitor in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction
  • Minimum 4 years’ PQE with a strong background in banking and finance
  • Experience gained in a top-tier Irish or international law firm preferred
  • Excellent technical drafting, transaction management and client-facing skills
  • Proactive and organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload
