Banking Solicitor Job Description

Our client, a Boutique Firm based in Dublin City Centre, seeks a Banking Solicitor to join their growing firm. This role is for a Solicitor with Banking experience to come establish and grow their Banking Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and reviewing finance and security documents.
  • Good knowledge of legislative frameworks.
  • Advising in relation to lending and security queries.
  • Advising on Company Law issues.
  • Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience of managing files and interacting directly with clients.
  • Confidence in taking responsibility for work requirements and client needs.
  • Proven ability to deliver high quality work.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team, be pragmatic and to stay calm under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and to meet deadlines.
