Job Title

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced banking professional to join our team in the origination space. In this role, you will play a main part in implementing banking software solutions for one of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and good expertise in leveraging technology to streamline processes and optimize operations for our client.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives;
  • Ensure that the requirements are clearly defined and well understood;
  • Provide technical expertise in banking functionality;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of technology;
  • Support design/development teams in configuring and customizing technology to meet client needs.

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Business/functional expertise in the corporate lending space;
  • Experience working on banking platforms, delivering major functionalities in the lending domain;
  • Ability to make informed decisions and prioritize requirements;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with the product owner, design team, and delivery squad.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a professional with:

  • 8-10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3+ years as an SME/BA in banking implementations;
  • Well-versed in Agile methodologies and ceremonies;
  • Good experience in managing business stakeholders and their requirements;
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
