Job Title: Gymnastics Program CoordinatorJob Summary: Sport in Schools is seeking an experienced sports coach/teacher to manage and coordinate our in school gymnastics programs.The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, running job sites and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.This role requires a highly organized individual with a passion for teaching and working with children.The job involves travelling to different schools each day working primary school hours.Full paid training will be provided to successful candidate along with a company vehicle.The successful candidate would ideally be able to work a paid trial in September and start the role in October (but dates are somewhat flexible).N.B. Full clean drivers license neededKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement gymnastics lesson plans that align with organizational goals and objectivesPlan, schedule and oversee gymnastics classes in different schools each dayMoving equipment each day to set up a gym in school hallsDevelop and maintain positive relationships with participating schoolsMonitor and evaluate the success of the program and make changes as necessaryQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in coaching or teachingExpert knowledge of gymnastics skills and techniques preferred but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to motivate and inspire participants and staffStrong organizational and planning skillsPlease include a cover letter outlining experience and why this role would suit you.If you have any further questions or need any additional information, please don't hesitate to ask.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €30,******-€35,****** per yearBenefits:Company carAbility to commute/relocate:Kildare, CO.Kildare: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In personReference ID: SIS****
