Job DescriptionStore Manager – Fashion & Lifestyle Retail Located in TraleeSalary 43K DOEAbout the RoleOur client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced fashion and lifestyle retail environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven leader who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring smooth store operations.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a passion for fashion and lifestyle products, and a proven ability to motivate, develop, and lead a team to success.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Commercial Performance:Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding sales targets & KPIs.Review sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Ensure an engaging shopping experience that enhances customer loyalty.Team Leadership & Development:Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver high standards of service and performance.Create a positive and motivating work environment that fosters growth.Identify training and development opportunities for staff progression.Customer Experience & Brand Representation:Ensure exceptional customer service aligning with brand values and expectations.Lead by example in delivering a personalised and engaging customer journey.Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations efficiently.Operations & Store Standards:Manage all aspects of store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance.Oversee inventory management to minimize stock loss and maximize product availability.Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and aligned with brand guidelines.People & Performance Management:Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Develop a strong team culture through clear communication and collaboration.Ensure adherence to company policies and health & safety standards.Skills & Experience Required:Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability.Exceptional team leadership, coaching, and people management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Strong understanding of retail operations, stock management, and visual merchandising.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunities for career progression within a growing retail brand.Staff discounts on a wide range of fashion & lifestyle products.Supportive and dynamic work environment.How to ApplyIf you are a passionate retail leader looking for an exciting new challenge, we'd love to hear from you
