Retail Site Manager (Full Time) Tralee, Co.Kerry, Co.KerryCorrib Oil - Tralee is one of our growing portfolio of Service Stations and we are now recruiting for a Store Manager.The successful candidate should have managerial experience within the high volume convenience retail industry.Benefits #HPAttractive bonus schemeEmployee benefits packageCompany pension schemeSupported further education and trainingFlexible working hoursAutonomy in the day to day running of the storeResponsibilities of the Store ManagerTo drive sales, service, productivity and maintain excellent standards throughout the store.To liaise regularly with your operations Manager.To achieve targets with the management team and staff in order to reach maximum sales while ensuring direct costs and labour costs are controlled.To ensure that the store's management team are trained appropriately and to the highest standard.Be responsible for the staffing levels in your store.Develop members of staff and the management team through the use of Appraisals, Training and Promotion.To ensure that merchandising and presentation of store is of the highest standard at all times.To ensure that you are up to date on all Health & Safety, HACCP and other legal requirements and implement these within the store.Personal profileTo succeed in this position, you will possess the following skills and attributes.Proven ability in managing retail sales teamsPlanning and organising capabilitiesExcellent operational knowledge of retail environmentExcellent interpersonal relationsExcellent understanding of consumer needs and commitment to store standardsProven track record in achieving agreed KPI's and targetsSelf-motivated and an excellent team motivatorThe ability to work in a pressurised environmentComputer skillsHPJob Type: Full-timeExperience:Retail management: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In person
