Access are seeking a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join a growing Geo team in Ireland.
The role involves conducting geotechnical investigations, analyzing soil and rock properties, and providing expert recommendations for construction and engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform geotechnical site investigations and soil sampling.
Analyze soil, rock, and groundwater data.
Prepare geotechnical reports and recommendations.
Design foundations, retaining structures, and earthworks.
Conduct slope stability and settlement analysis.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Conduct fieldwork and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Professional experience in geotechnical engineering.
Proficiency in geotechnical software and analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
Full driving license and willingness to travel for fieldwork.
