Senior Occupational Therapist Paediatrics Meath Emerald Locums are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join a welcoming and supportive Childrens Disability Network Team (CDNT) in County Meath.
This is a long-term locum role with the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families while working as part of a fantastic multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children with physical, sensory, and developmental needs.
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans that help children achieve their developmental goals.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Speech & Language Therapists, Psychologists, and Social Workers.
Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to deliver holistic, child-centred care.
Maintain accurate clinical records in line with HSE and CORU standards.
Provide guidance and support to junior staff or students where required.
Requirements CORU registration as an Occupational Therapist (essential) Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience Experience working with children in paediatrics or disability services Strong knowledge of best practice in childrens disability services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and within an MDT Role Details & Benefits Salary: €72,800 €81,800 per year (pro rata, depending on experience) Long-term locum role with the potential for ongoing extension Flexible hours available (full-time or part-time considered) Immediate start available Supportive, friendly team culture with a real focus on professional development This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OT seeking a role that is both professionally fulfilling and personally rewarding.
