We are partnering with Technological University Dublin (TUD) to present a unique "earn-while-you-learn" opportunity for those aspiring to become Site Managers.
Construction management is a dynamic field that blends planning, coordination, and supervision of building projects from beginning to end.
This role integrates project management, engineering, and business expertise to make sure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.
About the Programme
Apprentice Construction Site Management (Level 7): Full-time apprenticeship position based on a live project in Dublin.
Blended Learning: Acquire valuable, hands-on experience onsite (4 days per week) combined with in-person study at TUD (1 day per week).
Programme Length: 3 years, starting 13th September 2025
Mentorship: Receive guidance from an assigned mentor throughout your training.
Funding: Tuition fees are paid by Bennett Construction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Leaving Certificate with a minimum of 6 subjects, including 2 H5s and a grade 06/H7 in Maths and English or Irish
Solid literacy, numeracy, and IT abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both spoken and written
Basic knowledge of engineering concepts and technical drawings desirable
Proactive, hardworking, and passionate about construction
Ability to collaborate and contribute to a team
You must be able to work and attend classes in Dublin.
Work with a team of highly skilled professionals
