Construction Site Manager

Job Opportunity:
- Craft and maintain a safe, efficient construction site by adhering to project specifications and standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Set up, level, and survey the site using appropriate tools and instruments.
- Interpret technical drawings and project specifications to guide construction activities.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to facilitate on-site activities.
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing practical solutions on-site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a site engineering role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in surveying equipment and software (e.g., Total Station, AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
