Project Manager, Access & Compromise OperationsThe Global Operations Integrity Operations Team strives to create a safe atmosphere for Meta communities through outstanding support, education, and care for the diverse people worldwide who use our platforms.We help prevent online and real-world harm by building fast, scalable support systems to address safety-related incidents on our products and by influencing cross-functional initiatives.Integrity Operations focuses on improving product health and helping people understand how to use them through direct support interactions and scalable solutions.Those who join our teams are passionate about solving people's issues and advocate for the Facebook and Instagram communities.We need influencers who align cross-functional partners to ensure the best possible experience for our platforms.ResponsibilitiesManage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment.Analyze and audit data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations.Use problem-solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems.Lead investigations and resolve issues escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats.Build cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for community and users.Develop expertise on integrity issues and how they affect our community.Become an expert in various integrity and support issues across Operations at Meta.Create and modify data labels, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.Ensure the quality of labeled data sets, aligning to Meta's policies and support processes.Partner with team members to improve processes and tools of the team's labeling interfaces.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree BA/BS.2+ years of experience in an operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment.2+ years of work experience in a role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations.Experience communicating with a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teams.Demonstrable experience using sound judgment and exhibiting grace under pressure.Preferred Qualifications1+ year of experience working with data tools such as SQL, SAS, and data visualization (e.g., Tableau) tools.Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of other programming languages, e.g., Python, R, SQL.Avid user of Meta's platform products.About MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.When Facebook launched in ****, it changed the way people connect.Apps like Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp further empowered billions around the world.Now Meta is moving beyond 2D screens toward immersive experiences like augmented and virtual reality to help build the next evolution in social technology.People who choose to build their careers with Meta shape a future that will take us beyond what digital connection makes possible today—beyond the constraints of screens, the limits of distance, and even the rules of physics.LocationDublin, County Dublin, IrelandReferral OpportunityReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Meta by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
