Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist
Job Location: Brussels, Belgium
Main Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for supply chain business management, including project supply management, logistics management, and operating cost management.
- As a supply manager, be able to independently take charge of supply-related businesses of programs and accounts, and be responsible for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Use platforms or tools to handle orders, plans, and logistics in an E2E manner, identify and cope with supply risks, and ensure stable and orderly supply.
- Interconnect with supply centers in China and Hungary, and develop resource preparation plans and supply solutions based on customer requirements.
- Understand the plan operation logic, be able to identify supply and demand risks and develop corresponding solutions, and support subsidiary resource preparation and plan operation.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of global supply chain and international trade, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and suppliers.
- Strong familiarity with project management and project operations.
- Knowledgeable in import and export procedures, with a solid understanding of Customs regulations.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications, enterprise networks, and digital energy products.
- Competent in cost management, planning, and risk identification.
- Ability to maintain frequent communication with customers, project teams, and suppliers.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to communication and teamwork.
- Ability to travel and drive within EU countries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/International Trade /Project Management background.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), Chinese would be a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the logistics industry.
